Letter from the President on COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 virus the business activities of Fabritex has changed. At Fabritex, the safety of employees and customers comes first, so all our decisions during these unprecedented times have been and will be driven by full compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.

The Emergency Declaration of the Hart County Board of Commissioners concerning COVID-19 has declared residents to self-isolate in their homes to the maximum amount feasible, while enabling essential services and businesses to continue, to slow the spread of COVID-19 to the maximum extent possible. To stay in accordance with this Declaration beginning March 25 Fabritex will be operating its manufacturing plant and office to support Essential Business customers only.

The Department Homeland Security, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) published guidelines on the identification of essential critical infrastructure workers during COVID-19 response, March 19, 2020.  Fabritex is considered a member of the sector of essential critical infrastructure workers called Critical Manufacturing.  Specifically, our products and services are essential and critical to the areas of FEMA Disaster relief structures, Defense Industrial Base, transportation, energy, and communications.

In conclusion, Fabritex will protect our employees to maximum amount of our ability while still servicing its essential business customers as fluid as possible.
